In a shocking turn of events this past Saturday Night in Harpers Ferry, WV, we have two new members of SIN in Jordan Evans and Bill Bain. It all went down right before the intermission of WDWA Deliverance, as Doug Rafferty successfully recruited the two to join his rouge stable, to which they obliged. For two months, S.I.N has looked to rebound after Shane Malice not only left the group, but defeated two of its key members en route to winning the Holy Grail Cup. With the new additions this past weekend, it appears as if they have started that process.
Jordan Evans went into a match with S.I.N member David Hetfield this past weekend and despite putting up an impressive showing, came up short in the contest. However, after the contest is where things get interesting. Doug Rafferty gets into the ring and immediately offers Evans a spot as a member of S.I.N. Just before Evans could accept, his close ally Bill Bain rushed to the ring and looked to try to convince Evans not to join. In a tense standoff, Jordan Evans ultimately joins the group and the three men turn to Bill Bain as they were going to attack the area mainstay. Before anything goes down, a smiling Bill Bain exclaims “Oh you know I’m joining too” and hugs all 3 members of S.I.N. before leaving the ring together.
The night was far from over for the group. Later in the evening, Bain was scheduled to face “Triple Fears” Kevin Mears in a match that would have huge implications on the WDWA Championship picture. The two men brawled from pillar to post, going so far as to break the ring in the process. Just as Mears locked Bain into a submission hold that would have no doubt garnered him a victory, Doug Rafferty threw powder in his eyes, causing a disqualification in the process. Rafferty and Bain were showered with boos by the irate fans in attendance. Some even tried to attack Rafferty as he attempted to head to the locker room area. Despite the shocking turn of events, the group was not finished yet.
Later in the evening Shane Malice defeated Ishman Martinez in the main event of the evening… and Doug Rafferty was not finished recruiting new members yet. After the conclusion of the contest, Rafferty offered Martinez a spot in S.I.N, to which he declined. Needless to say, that did not go over well as Bill Bain then attacked Ishman Martinez from behind and challenged him to a match in Berkeley Spings this coming weekend. A HAIR match. If Ishman Martinez loses this weekend he must shave his hair.
S.I.N is looking to run roughshod over its competition with their new acquisitions when they return to the Rankins Physical Therapy Center this Saturday Night. Will they be successful?
